At Perfumelush, we are committed to providing high-quality fragrances and excellent customer service. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and cancellation policy.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:

• Deodorants and DeoSticks (Roll Ons)
• AfterShave (no returns accepted)
• Products with scratches, marks, or tampered/missing serial/UPC numbers
• Items that have been opened, tested, or sprayed
• Products without original packaging and accessories
• Products damaged due to misuse or incidental damage

Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact us at info@perfumelush.in with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process:
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

Cancellation After Shipment:
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, but can be returned following our refund policy.

Return Ineligibility:
Returns are not accepted if the perfume seal is broken or if the fragrance has been used. Products are sealed retail packs and not meant for testing. Returns due to dissatisfaction with scent are not accepted. We recommend testing fragrances at a nearby store or reading reviews on Fragrantica before purchasing.

Longevity and Scent:
Factors such as skin type, weather, and body chemistry can affect fragrance longevity and scent. We do not accept returns for these reasons.
